To spoil our guests with healthy and natural food is our maxim. On 17th March 2008 the organic control institution Abcert confirmed us this with the No-D-SL-006-B 17,091 and a certificate. This means that we primarily use controlled food from "organic" farming which we purchase only from certified growers and suppliers.

With the BIO-SEAL marked dishes are made of 100% organic ingredients. All other dishes are collected from both biological as well as from conventional food, such as Fish from deep-sea fishing and some kinds of meat that are too expensive to offer in organic quality.

Back to nature

We follow so that no short-term trend but the return of people to natural and healthy food. This means, among other things the renunciation of "chemistry" in the production of food according to the methods of our ancestors. Back to nature for us also means to purchase high-quality food as possible from the region, Germany and Europe recently and without long journey times.
